Psychosocial Aspects and Mental Status of Social Isolation

Social isolation is a condition where an individual experiences a decline or even completely unable to interact with other people around him. Patients may feel rejected, not accepted, lonely, and unable to establish meaningful relationships with others (Keliat, 2011). Social isolation is a state of loneliness experienced by someone because others say negative and threatening attitudes. (Towsend, 1998 in Kusumawati and Hartono, 2011). Often people who experience social isolation will also experience interference / barriers to verbal communication that is decreased, slowing, or lack of ability to receive, process messages (stimulus) received, and are unable to provide an appropriate response due to damage to the system in the brain. Hallucinations - Predisposing and Precipitating Factors

According to Yosep (2009), risk factors causing hallucinations are divided into 2, namely: 1. Predisposing Factors a. Developmental factors The task of disrupted client development, for example, low control and family harmony causes the client to be unable to be independent since childhood, easily frustrated, lost confidence and more vulnerable to stress. b. Sociocultural factors Someone who feels unacceptable to their environment since a baby (unwanted child) will feel excluded, lonely, and distrustful of their environment. c. Biochemical factors Has an influence on the occurrence of mental disorders. Excessive stress experienced by a person in the body will produce a substance that can be hallucinogenic neurochemicals such as Buffofenon and Dimetytranferase (DMP). Due to prolonged stress causes the activation of brain neurotransmitters. For example there is an imbalance of acetylcholine and dopamine. d. Psychological factors Weak personality types and irresponsible easi...

For some people, choosing a tourist destination is something that is considered not too important. They only consider that expensive place that has good contents and can also provide peace for them. But actually not like that. There are also places that are expensive but cannot provide satisfaction that is comparable to the money they spend, and vice versa, there are so many interesting places but the price is friendly. We recommend that before the holidays we think and plan carefully, so that our tour runs pleasantly. 1. Determine Priority Scale There are a number of things to consider when determining priorities. First, what place would you rather visit? Is the beach, urban area, mountain, lake, desert, countryside, or forest? How much do you need for the holidays? Do you want more challenges, relaxation, culinary tours, culture,...
